I’ve been tryna drop my 1st album for years now (2014 was the 1st year I attempted it) & after scrapping plenty of projects, I finally have this to show. I started this project amidst a shit-tier relationship that changed my perspective on dating, so the album very slightly changed over time, but the general concept stayed the same. Thanks Verg for the cover, Stry for the back, Hunter for recording me at Diamond Doge Studio, Leon for mixing/mastering the whole thing, & of course everybody who provided vocals/instrumentals. We all made art together & I appreciate each & every one of you involved as well as anybody who streams or purchases this project. Massive shouts out to Adamn Killa, 90s Bambino, & $!kFuk who are all massive in the underground. Aside from them, the rest of the artists who worked on this project w/ me are friends of mine to some degree & they deserve just as much praise, please check them out individually because I wouldn’t have them on a solo album of mine unless I felt they were incredibly talented (maybe I’m wrong about the “aside from them” part, maybe y’all are my friends too, don’t crucify me). Big love to CVTEBOY$ & WORLDLORD$, the only collectives that have stood the test of time w/ me, hopefully this is a good look into the only 2 groups I’m in (hopefully it will remain this way) from now til they end, which is hopefully when I pass. Most importantly, I lost my brother Shula in the process of making this & I wanna give thanks to him, not a lot of people understood me on that level & not a lot of people understood him in general. We would’ve died for each other. Sometimes I think he did die for me, but that’s for another discussion. Rest easy, big homie.
