1 time, when I 1st suspected I had schizophrenia, the phrase "no more thresholds" was something a voice in my head would repeat often, back in 2015. The phrase popped up everywhere, it felt.
Anyway...
This shit sucks.
It’s an experiment, you’re testing what’s to come. This is my 1st project I’ve engineered solely by myself in half a decade, hence why it is a mixtape instead of an album. There’s a couple of gems (not songs, jus gem-like moments) such as some insane production from Krxxk & Loko Los who I’ve wanted to work w/ for years now. The production as a whole is crazy, also there is an autotuned Malick McFly verse somewhere towards the end.
Most of the lyrics on my end are freestyled, mainly punch-ins. You might thinks this sucks, it does. Probably. Idk. Revenge Phanta$y will actually seriously slap because deject is helping me engineer the whole thing & teaching me how to not suck complete fuckin ass at mixing vocals like a good boy :3
Shout out DR*P NOIIR for the "Nasubi" art & Knife Fight for the tape cover/back art.
Bump the next project I drop it’ll go harder & sound way better & probably cure your grandmother’s brain tumor if you force her to listen to it on datpiff 6 times a night at like 5% volume whilst she’s asleep. Do that a couple times a week, it’ll work, trust me.
